Terms of Service
By accessing or using Mohkam Career, you agree to use the platform lawfully, respect mentors and other candidates, and comply with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or chargeback misuse. A detailed version of these terms will be published here shortly.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the personal information required to deliver our services: your account details, booking history, payment metadata returned by Stripe, and communication you initiate with us. We do not sell your data. We retain checkout and refund-policy acceptance records (including IP address and timestamp) for legal compliance and dispute protection. You may request data export or deletion by emailing support@mohkam.app.
